In 1992 I was approached by Nic Rumsey and Greg Michail – two of my great mentors from our London Office to assist with the marketing of “Woodlands” 79 High Street, Greenhithe, Kent on behalf of local developers of this stunning Grade II Listed 6,300 SqFt office building.
Roll forward 30 years (now that is frightening in its own right!) and I am back at the same property today having been approached by the same landlord to assist with Lease Advisory.
